  • Trip information: Departure address, Arrival address, Date and time of trip, Number of passengers
  • Optional information: Flight number (if provided), Additional comments
  • Geolocation data: If you enable the geolocation feature, we collect your GPS position only to pre-fill the departure address

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): By checking the consent box, you agree to the processing of your data
  • Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): To process your booking request and provide the transfer service

  • Process your booking request and provide you with a quote
  • Contact you regarding your booking
  • Organize and provide your airport transfer
  • Improve the quality of our services

4. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with the following service providers necessary for the operation of the service:

  • EmailJS: Email sending service to transmit your booking request. EmailJS is GDPR compliant and does not permanently store your data.
  • Nominatim (OpenStreetMap): Address autocomplete service. Requests are anonymous and no personal data is stored by this service.

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share your information with service providers strictly necessary to provide our service.

5. Retention Period

  • Booking requests: Kept for maximum 12 months after the trip date
  • Correspondence emails: Kept for 3 years in accordance with accounting obligations
  • Geolocation: Not stored, used only in real-time to pre-fill the form
